Two "must-read" Affidavits were filed for a Directional Hearing.

The below two Affidavits had been submitted to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for the Directional Hearing which was on the 21 Dec 2005, where the Government's Centrelink was seeking a direction to have their illegal Psychology report writer's name suppressed.

5 Please note: The directional hearing had been previously scheduled for 8th Dec 2005.

Note: The Appeals Tribunal is governed by acts of Parliament where the Australian Prime Minister can issue a Leader of the Government Certificate (commonly know as the Prime Minister's Certificate) to nullify my evidence under National Security. --- This is the action the Government has taken with all my previous cases and evidence, which allows for rulings to be in their favour.

This shows the Australian Prime Minister John Howard and his Government do have a hidden agenda regarding their cut and paste Psychology report that refers to me, which is an interference with the position I have taken by invoking this haroldholt website.  --- Gary D Simmons ---

This is not the first time documents have been manufactured to discredit,
conceal or to distort the true facts regarding me, Gary Simmons.
One of many of these criminal acts is the one below, which I was unable to have investigated by the government or police.

Immediately below you will notice that the Administrative Deputy Registrar,
Mr Peter Stirk and Government solicitor, Mr Richard Melville issued a summons to the wrong hospital in Sydney for a complete copy of my medical records.

 

Peter Stirk and Richard Melville issued the summons to the Prince Henry Hospital however it should have been issued to the Prince of Wales Hospital, which have complete control of all the Prince Henry Hospital medical records.
This is shown and proven by my Freedom of Information application, which I had lodged 2.5 years later. Peter Stirk and Richard Melville then continue with this illegal act by having the Prince Henry Hospital cover note being submitted to the Appeals Tribunal, which is unsigned,and stamped being received on 27th November 1996.  See below-
