The following documentation is associated with the three paged condensed version of facts indicating invasion on civil and human rights on Gary Simmons, addressed to Concerned Citizens that was sent out with having enclosed two CT-scan photos, Hospital Operation and Pathology reports, CT-Scan and Ultrasound reports and two Affidavits.

Affidavit of the 11/11/99

The below Affidavit has been established as a fact and a fact of evidence and cannot be disputed by any Court nor by any person and is to be accepted fully as written and where this same Affidavit was also submitted in my evidence to the Brisbane Supreme Court, file No BS 1127/04.

My Affidavit of the 11/11/99 was established as a fact and a fact of evidence during a hearing against the Defence Department on the 13th March 2000, when after giving evidence and reading this Affidavit from the witness box under oath and waiting to be cross examined by the legal team for the Defence Department where they then asked for an adjournment of an hour and half to obtain instructions from their client. It was after this adjournment I was on the witness box when they informed the hearing that they have instructions from their client that I am not to be cross examined on my Affidavit or my evidence and where I was then asked to leave the witness box if my evidence was finished.
