The below Affidavit and its evidence was submitted to the Brisbane Supreme Court when I was applying for a Court Order under section 117 of the Australian Constitution that the Queensland State Government cannot discriminate against a resident of its State, namely me, by having me subjected to Selective Justice or Indifferent Treatment.

Once again, this case was conducted as with all my previous cases where I submitted my evidence and read my Affidavit out under Oath where my evidence was once again not questioned or disputed and then the Court called an adjournment and when it resumed, the Court then dismissed my application and where then the Court awarded Court costs against me of $7,500. I then stated to the Court, my evidence proves beyond a doubt that the Government and the Legal System pretend I don't exist and this was clearly shown by my evidence that I presented in which, I was jailed for 6 months in a Queensland jail and was denied signing my release papers when released and also on release from jail, I was refused the Social Security jail benefit payment. Therefore the Court could hardly expect me to pay the cost that has been awarded against me when my evidence shows that I am subject to Indifferent Treatment so whereby I then informed the Court that I have no intentions of paying the awarded cost against me. My comments were ignored by everyone, but may I add, that $7,500 is still outstanding today and the Queensland State Attorney General Department has made no effort to claim it.

It should be noted: both my Affidavits of the 11/11/99 and 24/8/2000, had been established as a Fact and a Fact of Evidence by both the Defence Department and the Federal Attorney Generals Department in previous hearings (click the link at the top of this page) where both were included in the below Affidavit and submitted with my evidence to the Brisbane Supreme Court. Also my Affidavit of the 11/11/99, states, I was under the legal adult age of consent during the period when I was a Navy Clearance Diver involved in several clandestine acts and I spent the next 30 years unable to spell, write or talk with clarity and yet able to comprehend everything I read - I have regained these lost abilities as time has gone on.

Note: with all the evidence I hold and as stated in all my Affidavits and shown in my CT-Scan, it is still ignored by all Courts, Federal Government and State Government, which shows I have established the Fact that I am denied Due Process of Law and the Rule of Law as a Sovereign Person of Australia.

As I have established the Fact that the Rule of Law does not exist here on Earth and as "they" are not the God over me or the God of Planet Earth is why I have Invoked the 2nd Law of the Universe here in Australia to have all accountable for illegal technology on Australian soil and here on Planet Earth and for violating the Laws of Creation. As shown in my CT-Scan, illegal technology is being used on Planet Earth and this illegal technology had been placed in me against my freewill and consent, when I was under the legal adult age of consent during the period when I was a Navy Clearance Diver involved in several clandestine acts.

I also informed the Australian Prime Minister of the day John Howard, how I have Invoked this website under the 2nd Law of the Universe and also the Australia's Federal Attorney General and the Military Section of the American Consulate in Sydney were informed of my Invoking.
